Harassment Prevention
Zero Tolerance Policy
PMS maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, bullying, intimidation, or any form of misconduct. This applies to all staff, trainers, participants, and stakeholders.
Harassment includes but is not limited to:
- • Unwelcome verbal, visual, or physical conduct
- • Creating an intimidating or hostile environment
- • Offensive jokes, comments, or images
- • Unwanted physical contact or advances
- • Bullying or cyberbullying behaviors
Reporting Violations
How to Report
If you witness or experience any violation of this policy, you are encouraged to report it through any of the following channels:
- • Direct report to your trainer or supervisor

- • Anonymous feedback through our feedback portal
- • Written complaint to the Managing Director
Non-Retaliation
PMS prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a violation in good faith. All reports are treated confidentially to the extent possible.
