Pre-Training Requirements
- Training needs assessment completed
- Curriculum and materials reviewed and approved
- Venue and equipment arrangements confirmed
- Participants enrolled and notified
- Trainer briefed on program objectives and participant profiles
During Training Requirements
- Attendance recorded for all sessions
- Interactive and engaging delivery methods used
- Adherence to scheduled timing and breaks
- Continuous monitoring of participant engagement
- Immediate resolution of any issues or concerns
Post-Training Requirements
- Feedback collection from all participants
- Training completion certificates issued
- Training records updated in system
- Trainer evaluation completed
- Follow-up support provided as needed
