Delivery Standards

Pre-Training Requirements

  • Training needs assessment completed
  • Curriculum and materials reviewed and approved
  • Venue and equipment arrangements confirmed
  • Participants enrolled and notified
  • Trainer briefed on program objectives and participant profiles

During Training Requirements

  • Attendance recorded for all sessions
  • Interactive and engaging delivery methods used
  • Adherence to scheduled timing and breaks
  • Continuous monitoring of participant engagement
  • Immediate resolution of any issues or concerns

Post-Training Requirements

  • Feedback collection from all participants
  • Training completion certificates issued
  • Training records updated in system
  • Trainer evaluation completed
  • Follow-up support provided as needed
